I am sick and tired of seeing this.

Then you pull up the list history, and the Original Price is $274,900

So, it appears 100% sale ratio, when it's 72.7%.... just a slight difference!

I really wish IMLS would address this problem and make it more transparent to the reader, all it does is skews report IMLS generates regarding sales ratio (1004MC, ect)
