You may notice my numbers slightly vary from IMLS figures.

This is due to around the 10th - 15th of the month the data is exported, therefore when sold data is input 10 - 15 days later...I will miss it. 

How much do I miss?  About 1%.

Does it impact total figures?  No.  Keep in mind, IMLS misses about 8-12% of total sales due to FSBO's.
