The below data is from IMLS.  For Single family, Single Family with Acreage, Townhouse or Condo.   I know there is some manufactured home mixed in the total, but going off what IMLS says.

Of the 270 active listings, 52 are distress (19%)

In summary, the sold homes in 2010 is tracking twice at much at 2009.
