New Inventory figures were posted today on the website. Both Ada & Canyon County continue to lower the overall inventory.

To look back on the last 2 years, it’s remarkable to see that Ada County shed nearly 50% of the inventory and Canyon County shed 60% of the inventory.

I realize this did not come easy, watching the average sales price drop and higher distress sales.
