The new inventory numbers are better for both Ada and Canyon County.

First time in long time the 24 segments I measure are at or below 10 months for the Projected 1 year, 6 months and 3 months. 

Elmore County sales are tracking 20% lower verse prior year, while other counties are tracking higher.
