New numbers were posted today on the website.

August ended with about 52% distress sales from Ada County & Canyon County

75    HUD OWNED
252   REO OWNED
   2   IN FORECLOSURE
179   SHORT SALE
508   DISTRESS SALES (of 971 Total Sales)

Year to Date, Ada County is at 50% distress sales, Canyon County is 77% distress sales..the combined total is almost 58%.
