Updates were given on Inventory, Distress Sales and Top Graphs.

Working on The Hennessey Report and Year-End New Construction Report.

Below is the recap to total sold units in IMLS.  Keep in mind, I will be about 1% lower than IMLS, since I usually gather the data on the 6th -10th, and some agent input sales AFTER the 10th for the last month, therefore I miss them.
