New Inventory figures were posted today.

Overall Ada & Canyon continue on the downward trend. Ada County had slight pick-up in inventory, but very reasonable figures.

Worth noting….Elmore County has been struggling for months with slow sales and rising inventory.

Month End chart & distress sales will be posted after the 10th of the month.
