New inventory figures were posted today on my website. Based on 12 months cycle, Ada County Single family is getting offers in 5.4 months, while Canyon County is 4.5 Months.

Ada County Single Family 2,358 ACTIVE listing is currently aged 116 days (3.9 Month). Keep in mind, this is ACTIVE, so the number will only go higher.

Canyon County Single Family 2,946 active listings is currently aged 114 days (3.8 Months)

Ada County had a SLIGHT rise in last 3 months. Only 0.4 month (12 days), however the trend is still down.

Canyon County had a SLIGHT drop in 3 month. Only 0.2 month (6 days).

I almost don’t remember when Canyon County was holding 14.2 months inventory and Ada County was 10.9 months in April-2009!!!!  We should be jumping for joy!
