Just browsing some data, and I noticed the Average Monthly Sales ratio for Ada County Single Family has been above 90% for 25 months! That’s no small task in today’s market.

Working with home owners, lenders, buyers and bottom feeders….sometimes the downward pressure on list price just drops too much. It also shows listing agents, REO Appraisals, BPO’s are coming better.

The market almost hit 95% three times, but just can’t seem to make it, perhaps in the next 6 months we will.
