Hats of the several flips the last few months. 

One of my favorite is 663 East Bonita,  est $40,000 in 15 days.

Litttler longer hold time, but about $80,000 in 8 months, 4259 N Chatterton. 

Sorry I can't share the sold price...IMLS rules, but IMLS Members can look them up.
