3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car townhouse for $48,000!  After seeing 2724 Fox Place go pending...looking at homes in the sub, I know it NOT a Single Family...rather a townhouse, but for $48,000!   (it was listed wrong in MLS...it's NOT Single Family, attached townhouse.)  But then again, you gotta ask yourself, it's not sold in 2 months at $50,000...what's wrong with it?  The 2006 sold price was nearly $130,000!
