464 “Distress” Sales in Ada & Canyon County

Replies given in MLS by agents.

    318 REO’s is marked YES, Short Sale & Foreclosure = NO
    47   Short Sale AND Foreclosure both YES
    98   Short Sale is YES, Foreclosure is NO
     1    Foreclosure is YES, Short Sale is NO
   464 Total Distress Ada & Canyon County

68.6% are REO's. 
31.2% are Short-Sales
  0.2% are Foreclosure

Another side note, from  Jan-2009 thru Feb-2011, MLS reports 6,642 REO sales, which is 1/3 of the 20,046 sales in Ada & Canyon County.
