I posted these figures back in April-2011, figure I would update the numbers for 2nd Quarter of 2011.

The data tables shows the Sold Homes by price range as reported in IMLS.  (only Single Family, SF w/ Acreage, Townhouse, Condo)

For example...in Ada County sold homes from $120,000 - $139,000; 53.4% were distress.  (or 241 of 451 homes)

Distress = Agent said "Yes" to Short-Sale, REO, Foreclosure
Typical  = Agent said "No" to Short-Sale, REO, Foreclosure

1/1/2011 - 6/30/2011  Sales Only
