 The below information it taken from IMLS.  The information it edited and reviewed for format and context. 

Look for the 2009 Builder's Summary Report in Janaury.

Please keep in mind, this is rough data, and I blended Ada with Canyon County.  We all know land is less in Canyon, therefore it will "distort" the picture.   Year end report will show builder by subdivision.

#3 "Builder"...is really SEVERAL builders, Agent did not provide the builders name.  I did take the liberty of filling in several in my data base if I knew the builder (Hubble = Charter Pointe, CBH = Devonshire, etc).  Perhaps I will contact the 117 agents to improve the year end data :)

The information is summarized from MLS. If the information is entered wrong in MLS, the report is wrong. I know information is not input correct in MLS, therefore the below information is not 100% correct...but it goes to help determine a baseline.
