The below data it taken from IMLS.  The information it edited and reviewed for format and context. 

Below is one of the 2009 New Construction Summaries which will be included in the builders report (coming out soon).

I would NOT trust the DOM (Days on Market) value, since most listings in MLS are reported wrong and do not count the original list date to sold date. Same with the Sales Ratio value. However, I included the DOM & Sales Ratio to help compare different MLS areas.
