Nearly no change from last month in total distress listings, still around 46%. Boise County, improved from 40.8% to 24.0% (38/93 vs 33/137). The improvement is due to more listings added,

Distress is defined as “YES” reply to REO, Short-Sale or Foreclosure.

Nampa and Caldwell struggle with over 60% distress listings.
