I don’t know how I got on your mail list for the Hennessey Reports but am glad I did. I found your report informative and understandable. I especially found the distressed property section interesting. I run these stats, or versions of them, for my real estate classes all the time. I try and stress to licensees the importance of becoming a student of their business by tracking and watching trends. Far too many agents form their opinions on the market by gut feel, rather than easy to find facts and figures. M.G.
